im dont know much effects when i hear em except for

Dist., Flange, Chorus, Tremelo and Wah-wah.

But if i had to guess what effect he was using i would guess he has

Wah-Wah, Very slight dist., Flange

there are some slight Pitch Harmonics that Kelly throws in
